Getting from A-B has never been so easy. (or so green)
The social attitude to personal transport is changing for the good and for the good of our planet, which we at Eleven could not be more happy about. The urban scooter is here and here to stay. German brand MyTier came to us looking to deliver a digital shopping experience that was as efficient and smooth as the new MyTier Go Scooter ride itself (no apologies for our bad jokes here!). We were tasked to bring a new scooter to a competitive European market. We provided an Shopify e-commerce experience design that put the product at the heart of the user journey, every step of the way, from the top to the bottom of the marketing funnel. Focussing on mobile and desktop responsive design, the User Experience and Integration of the digital product required a fresh and bold visual design that resonated with the target audience, removing any barriers for purchase conversion.
Creative that converts.
Delivering a holistic creative journey is something we are proud of. For MyTier we knew that most customers entry point for purchase at the top of the funnel. We provided digital videos for social media that sat within Direct Response and Retargeting marketing campaigns. Sticking with the fundamental UX information delivered on the website, we knew having a consistent message would attract clicks and convert customers on these platforms. We did this by delivering simple and strong informative brand content that was bold enough to stand out on a users feed.
Power to the planet.
A big reason why we teamed up with MyTier was because of their mission is to change mobility for the better. TIER is the first provider of micro-mobility to be completely climate-neutral. We designed and built a set of graphics that informed the user of the brands sustainable credentials. Rather than using animated GIFs we set about delivering assets using JSON files. Code based vector graphics that provide super fast load times and uses less power to display on a web page - our way of offering conscious sustainable design.
